For an experienced investor, starting a new processing plant is never simply about purchasing equipment. It involves careful consideration of production capacity, equipment configuration, processing technology, investment plans and future development.
Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming a female entrepreneur from Nigeria to our company and factory. She already has one or more processing plants in operation and was visiting China to discuss equipment for a new palm kernel oil processing project.
During her visit, we were impressed by her clear ideas and strong understanding of her project. Rather than simply looking for equipment, she came with specific questions and expectations for the new plant. Her practical experience also allowed her to communicate efficiently with our team about the project.
After the customer arrived in China, our team picked her up from the airport and accompanied her to our company.

During the first meeting, both sides discussed the preliminary requirements of the new palm kernel oil processing project. Our team introduced the relevant equipment and processing solutions while listening carefully to the customer's requirements and expectations.
For a complete palm kernel oil processing project, each piece of equipment plays an important role in the overall production process. From palm kernel crushing and separation to oil pressing and subsequent processing, the equipment configuration needs to be considered as a complete system rather than as individual machines.

After the meeting, we invited the customer to visit our factory.
For overseas customers, visiting the factory provides an opportunity to see the equipment beyond pictures and technical specifications. At the production site, customers can have a closer look at the machine structure, manufacturing details and actual equipment configuration.
During the factory visit, the customer carefully inspected the equipment and discussed various technical details with our team. Her questions were direct and practical, reflecting her previous experience in operating processing plants.

The visit continued on the following day.
Our team picked the customer up from her hotel and returned to the company for further discussions. Based on the customer's project plans and requirements, both sides continued to communicate about the production line and related equipment.
For a new processing plant, choosing the right equipment is only one part of the project. A suitable solution also needs to consider the customer's raw materials, expected capacity, available space, investment plan and future production needs.
This is why communication with customers is an important part of our work.
Every project has its own requirements, and our goal is not simply to provide a machine, but to understand the customer's actual needs and provide equipment and solutions that are suitable for their project.
What left a particularly strong impression on us during this visit was the customer's confidence and determination.
As an entrepreneur with existing factory experience, she had a clear vision for her new project. Her visit to China was not only a factory tour, but also an opportunity to compare ideas, discuss technical details and further understand the equipment behind her future production line.

For us, every customer visit is also an opportunity to learn.
By communicating directly with customers from different countries and backgrounds, we gain a better understanding of the practical needs of palm oil processing businesses around the world. These experiences also help us continuously improve the way we provide equipment and project solutions.
From Nigeria to China, this visit brought together two sides with a shared goal: building a practical and reliable palm kernel oil processing project.
We sincerely appreciate the customer's visit and the trust placed in our team. We look forward to continuing our communication and supporting the development of her new project.
For us, a successful cooperation starts long before the machine is delivered. It starts with listening, communication and a clear understanding of what the customer really needs.
